ABOUT THIS PROJECT
We were tasked to assist Xylem Africa in expanding their digital and traditional marketing reach – building their image, reputation and messaging to be a true reflection of who they are and the value of their products and services. We also needed to help them align to the Xylem CI, while still positioning ‘Xylem Africa’ as Africa’s leader in innovative water solutions.
One of our main goals was to ensure consistency in the brand image, tone, messaging and alignment to the Xylem brand and CI guidelines – to develop social media, digital and traditional marketing and sales-driven content, in support of Xylem Africa’s marketing strategy, and to help manage Xylem Africa’s social media communities across all platforms. We also continue to assist and support the Xylem Africa team through consultation, strategic and innovative ideas/concepts and campaign conceptualisation and themes.
