Nuzoola is a card-based payment platform that enables/assists with risk avoidance and the processing time related to employee travel expenses and allowances, etc. It was created in an attempt to utilize less cash and to provide ease of authorizations, as well as quick and accurate reconciliations.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Nuzoola started out as a concept or pilot project, if you will, which meant it required a name before we could roll out any further collateral – a name that was catchy, that explained its purpose and that had a local flavour. It also needed to be able to work on several forms of collateral, most importantly a ‘bank’ card for users to transact with.  

OUR SOLUTION

We chose a black and yellow palette and developed the CI from there. The vibrancy of the yellow lends itself to the quick, easy and dynamic nature of the solution. It would also stand out quite nicely in someones wallet, along with myriad other cards theyd probably carry. The name was chosen thanks to a combination of the words uyazula (meaning to wander) and moola (local slang for money). The remaining collateral, including office stationery and signage, followed on from there.
